Last night's Oscars didn't just honor the crème de
la crème in movies; it showcases the best fashion at Hollywood's most glamorous
night. It proved that Hollywood still has grace with actors and actresses
dressing more sophisticatedly and refined, rather than big splashes like we
have seen in the best. Many, like Amy Adams, took a fashion note from the best
of old Hollywood glam that we would love to see more of. My personal, favorite look was Sally Hawkin in Valentino. She was nominated for Best-Supporting Actress for her work in Blue Jasmine. As for the men,
we just can’t get enough of gorgeous man in well-made suits. However, the men
who took a greater risk proved to be the best dressed. Matthew McConaughey,
Jared Leto, and Chris Hemsworth were among the best dressed with their change
in color from the traditional black tux.
