Seattle being the 12th most
fashionable city, behind San Diego and Washington D.C. has more to offer than
just Nirvana and the grunge style that emerged on the scene in the 90s.
Seattle being the 5th priciest city to live in
tells me you can't have cheap taste to live here and it shows. Billion dollar
companies have made Seattle their home like Amazon and Microsoft. Not only do
tech companies have their headquarters here, fashion is developing in the city
too. HandsIn Apparel and Grey City have made their home here. Grey City is a
shoe brand that has just been picked up at Nordstrom’s; so do check them out
next time you are shopping.
Don't think twice when someone says Seattle, there is a fashion scene to
take a closer look at. Men's shops such as Ian and Blackbird are worth the
time. Along with Sway Cake, Meadow, and Merge for the women trying to find
Seattle style. Its My Darlin is a trendmous fashion and
city guide you need if planning a visit. Although, you won't be seeing loud
colors and gold chains on everyone, Seattle has a humble and simple take on
fashion. Less is more to these people, with dark colors and fur accessories
they make rainy and cold look chic.
